Lexus Case History

Located in Willoughby Hills 20 miles east of Cleveland Ohio, this 8.7 acre site will house the Classic Lexus dealership and the future Classic BMW dealership. The Lexus facility consists of a two story 43,495 square foot building. The Lexus site will have a parking area for 240 vehicles. Barrington Consulting Group was selected by the general contractor to provide construction layout for the project. The building layout entailed the staking for the exterior and interior walls, column lines and footers. As added service we were asked to pin the footer to ensure the location of critical column and wall locations. As the project moved forward, Barrington Consulting Group, Inc. provided grading and layout for the driveway, parking facilities and the site lighting. This project is projected to be completed November, 2007.
